Training program for small tea growers for PPC compliance & food safety
APPL along with TGBL, ETP and TRA have rolled out a training program for small tea growers for PPC compliance, food safety, health and other related good agricultural practices through farmer field schools.The program has started in Powai, Nahortoli, Noharkutria, Kakajan, Teok, Lattakoojan and Hattigor, and will cover close to 1500 small tea growers.

Jakir Hussain, Amalgamated Plantations sports officer who has a handicap of 6 , won the best gross in the ATB Golf tournament held at Kaziranga Golf Resort. The Tournament was held on 29th March, 2015. Jakir performed extremely well and brought a score of 77 amongst 110 golfers.
