The book is a Balipara Tract & Frontier Foundation publication.Also present at the book launch was Shri Jitesh Khosla, Chief Secretary, Assam; Sri Himangshu Shekhar Das, Chief Information Commissioner; Shri Ranjit Barthakur, Founder Trustee Balipara Foundation; Dr. Indira Khurana, noted environmentalist; Sri.
